骨架油封安装方向和方法

1.安装方向：油封圈安装在增压垫或轴类零件上时，垫圈安装面应平行于外圈和内圈，内圈安装面应平行于外圈和内圈上平面安装面。当油封圈安装在滑动配合部件上时，垫圈的安装面应平行于外圈的滑动表面，使油封与外圈的表面接触贴合。

2.安装方法：油封圈一般采用平推、抠装或压入等方法安装。平推是用木头、金属片或滚珠推满模，抠装可利用钳子、锉刀等工具，将油封圈抠入零件内壁；压入时，可利用压入模和壁板来安装，但需仔细调整壁板和模具尺寸，以达到位置的要求。
